How the Email N Go Process Works

Step A:

Once you are ready to begin your email campaign project, navigate to our Toolkit select the package(s) that will best fit your needs. We have several messaging packages that best suit your needs.

The next part is to provide us with your third party email client login; client lists (if not previously uploaded to email client) and complete the Email brief  that asks all the questions we need to know to begin developing a successful set of email messages.  At any time during this email brief, if you are unsure of a question, simply give us a call or leave it blank and when your account manager contacts you to confirm the project you may discuss the question.

Step B:

Our team of professional designers will review your email brief/order information. With the email brief/order information we will have a clear understanding of expectations and the true nature of the client's business. Which results in an streamlined development process. Using the email brief as a tool to research your market, demographics and begin to brainstorm on your designs.

At this step, we sill assist in giving you suggestions that will best "segment" your contact list. Audience specific messages have been proven to have better click rate returns. 

We will apply the ideas formed in the brainstorming session templates and provide drafts of the desired scheduling and messages to be distributed.

Step C:

Review the drafts and approve draft messages for distribution.

Step D:

We will set up delivery schedule on pre-determined messages and schedule.
